Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery takes a further 1–3 working days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Monthly plans run on a 12-month contract — you can cancel at renewal. Annual and 24-month plans are prepaid, so the service runs for the full period. Unused time is non-refundable after 14 days.
VTag is compatible with all UK road-legal vehicles including cars, vans, motorcycles and trailers. Installation is tool-free and takes around 10 minutes. Full setup instructions are included in the box.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe's secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available where supported by your device.
All VTag devices come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty (24-month with the biennial plan). If your device develops a fault, contact us at info@vfindr.co.uk and we'll arrange a replacement at no charge.
