Yes. Because VTraK Nano connects directly to your vehicle's electrical system, it requires installation by a VFindR Approved Partner. This ensures the device is wired correctly, positioned covertly, and fully activated before leaving the workshop. Installation is quoted separately and carried out by qualified automotive professionals.

No — the VTraK device and service currently does not work in Northern Ireland or abroad. Our response network and tracking infrastructure operates within England, Scotland, and Wales only. If you are based in Northern Ireland or plan to use your vehicle outside of Great Britain, we would not be able to provide the full service at this time. We are working to extend coverage in the future and will update this page when that changes.
